Relationships can be complicated. Whether you’re married, thinking of getting married, or simply in a long-term relationship with someone, we all have ups and downs. Sometimes, we hit a rough patch, and doubts and fears about our partner’s fidelity arise. It may be that you have found out your partner has had an affair in the past, and you’ve only just found out about it. It could be that you have just discovered your partner is being unfaithful, or it could just be just a nagging feeling. Proving infidelity is difficult, and wanting to know the answers is at the forefront of your mind from the moment you wake up in the morning. It is heartbreaking to find out that they have lied to you for years. It makes you wonder what else they’ve lied about. You may question everything about your relationship because you don’t know where the lie ends and the truth starts.
On the other hand, it may be that your partner is accusing YOU of cheating. The constant questioning of where you’ve been, who with, and why is wearing you down, and you can’t take it anymore. You want to prove to them that you are faithful and have never done them wrong.
Trust is the foundation for any relationship, and it’s tough to rebuild that trust once it has been broken.
Polygraphs can be a good tool to help you move forward in your relationship and to help you get off that constant merry-go-round of thoughts and suspicions in your mind. It can help establish safety and get your trust back in a relationship that’s failing due to the anxiety and heartbreak of an affair or even just the suspicion or fear that your partner is having an affair. Taking a polygraph is just one piece of the puzzle that can help you and your partner mend your relationship and help get you back on track.

The day of the test:
The day of the test:
On the day of the test, you can come to the appointment as a couple or just the person testing. First, you will talk to the examiner about what brought you to this point today. The examiner will want to know some background about your relationship and will ask you some questions. If you have formulated your own questions the examiner will look over them. If you don’t have the questions figured out, the examiner will help you.

The questions must be concise and to the point, answerable with a yes or no. The examiner will not test feelings, intent, or something ambiguous, such as “Do you think you love her and intend to see her again?” The questions need to be entirely understood by the person taking the test. In most cases, “physical sexual contact” will cover most of the things someone wants to know; for example, instead of asking, “Since you’ve been married to John, have you passionately kissed another man?” plus “Since you’ve been married to John, have you had sex with anyone else?” Those two questions can be asked by saying, “Since you’ve been married to John, have you had physical sexual contact with anyone else?”. On any mixed issue test like this, you can have a maximum of four questions. You may ask why; the reason is so the test is as accurate as possible. The more questions, the less accurate the test will be.
(There is a $150 non refundable deposit to hold your place, you can reschedule once before losing your deposit.)
If you think you may be pregnant or know you are pregnant, the polygraph will not be able to go ahead without a note from your doctor.
